THOR TRUST is a private express trust organized pursuant to the laws of the State of New York. Established as an independent fiduciary entity, the Trust provides confidential administrative and advisory services exclusively to its principals and their designated representatives.
The Trust operates under strict protocols of confidentiality and documentation integrity. As a private trust, THOR TRUST is not registered with any state Secretary of State and maintains no public filings, consistent with applicable trust law in both New York and Texas.
All administrative actions are executed under valid Power of Attorney and documented through verifiable third-party channels including USPS Certified Mail with Return Receipt and notarized Affidavits of Mailing.
THOR TRUST maintains arm's-length separation from all other entities. The Trust acts solely in its fiduciary capacity and does not provide legal advice or representation.
The Trust provides the following fiduciary and administrative services to its principals under executed retainer agreements.
Preparation, review, and management of statutory correspondence, dispute documentation, and regulatory filings on behalf of principals.
Coordination of all outbound communications via USPS Certified Mail with Return Receipt Requested, including third-party notarized Affidavits of Mailing.
Itemized invoicing, receipt generation, and account reconciliation for all trust administrative services rendered under the governing retainer agreement.
Execution and maintenance of Power of Attorney designations, including periodic renewal and scope management for active administrative matters.
Preparation and tracking of filings with federal and state regulatory bodies, administrative agencies, and courts of competent jurisdiction.
Business records certification under Federal Rule of Evidence 902(11), including self-authenticating affidavits executed under penalty of perjury.
THOR TRUST conducts all matters strictly by written correspondence. The Trust does not maintain public office hours, accept walk-in consultations, or respond to unsolicited telephone inquiries.
Principals and their designated representatives should contact their assigned Trust officer directly using the contact information provided in their engagement documentation.
Parties who have received official correspondence from THOR TRUST should direct their response to the address and contact information specified in that correspondence. The Trust does not accept unsolicited inquiries from parties with whom it has no existing administrative relationship.
THOR TRUST maintains the confidentiality of all trust affairs, principal identities, and administrative records in accordance with applicable law. The Trust does not disclose the identity of its principals, trustees, beneficiaries, or agents to any third party absent a valid order of a court of competent jurisdiction.
